Roadway Design: Kohli & Kaliher Associates offers roadway design including interstates, highways, city , county and private roads.  We provide a full range of services from preliminary design to final design and construction inspection.  We are prequalified with the Ohio State Department of Transportation for Non-Complex Roadway Design, Complex Roadway Design, Right-Of-Way Preparation and Environmental Documentation Preparation.

DEF-24-7.96 This project improved three miles of U.S. 24 on the west side of Defiance, Ohio from an existing Super 2 highway into a 4-lane divided highway. Included in the project was the design of two twin river bridges, one twin overpass structure; the complete redesign and replacement of the U.S. 24 / S.R. 15-18 interchange; and the construction of a connector road and other intersecting roads. The design plans for this $36.7 million project were completed in 2005 for ODOT District One.

LUC-280-1.64 This project involved the reconstruction of 0.53 miles of I-280 urban interstate in the City of Toledo including the reconstruction of a CSXT Railroad Bridge over I-280, a temporary railroad run-around structure over I-280, and a new I-280 bridge over Starr Avenue. The CSXT Railroad Bridge and the bridges over Starr Avenue were designed by Kohli & Kaliher and are detailed on the following page as found by clicking on the LUC-280-1.64 title. Construction of this $17 million project was completed in 2003 for ODOT District Two.
